Healthy Joint Care: Understanding and Overcoming Arthritis
Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of one or more of your joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. The most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Osteoarthritis causes cartilage — the hard, slippery tissue that covers the ends of bones where they form a joint — to break down. Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease in which the immune system attacks the joints, beginning with the lining of joints.
Arthritis; as scary as it sounds, so much worse is its impact in its patient’s life. It is a life-threatening disease that renders the affected area useless and can eventually lead to stroke. If not properly treated, it might result in lung disease, heart problems, and many other complications.

Are You Experiencing Osteoarthritis of the Knee?
Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. While it can occur even in young people, the chance of developing osteoarthritis rises after age 45. According to the Arthritis Foundation, more than 27 million people in the U.S. have osteoarthritis, with the knee being one of the most commonly affected areas. Women are more likely to have osteoarthritis than men.
What Causes Arthritis?
The most common cause of osteoarthritis of the knee is age. Almost everyone will eventually develop some degree of osteoarthritis. However, several factors increase the risk of developing significant arthritis at an earlier age.
- Age: The ability of cartilage to heal decreases as a person gets older.
- Weight: Weight increases pressure on all the joints, especially the knees. Every pound of weight you gain adds 3 to 4 pounds of extra weight on your knees.
- Heredity: This includes genetic mutations that might make a person more likely to develop osteoarthritis of the knee. It may also be due to inherited abnormalities in the shape of the bones that surround the knee joint.
- Gender: Women ages 55 and older are more likely than men to develop osteoarthritis of the knee.
- Repetitive stress injuries: These usually result from certain occupations that include a lot of activity stressing the joints, such as kneeling, squatting, or lifting heavy weights (55 pounds or more).
- Athletics: Athletes involved in soccer, tennis, or long-distance running may be at higher risk, but regular moderate exercise strengthens joints and can decrease the risk of osteoarthritis.
Who Am I & Why Am I Doing This?
My name is Mrs. Alice, a mother of 4 wonderful kids and an arthritis survivor. For almost a decade, I suffered this terrible problem, spending not less than 60% of my income on different solutions and physiotherapy on a regular basis without reasonable improvement.
I am here because of you. Over the years, I’ve realized that people don’t like to talk about their challenges to avoid stigmatization. Can we blame them? No, we can’t. I was also like that. But thanks to the internet, it gives us the ability to be anonymous while also getting our problems solved. The internet gives me limitless access to thousands of people trying hard to get over this terrible problem that leaves you bedridden. With my vast knowledge on this topic, over 230 people around the country have been able to overcome this problem permanently using this information I’m about to share with you.
Information they say is power, but much more powerful if used accordingly. Let’s get to why we are here…
Why Do You Suffer Arthritis? Why Do You Suffer Pains?
You will agree with me that the best way to treat any disease is to treat the causing factor (Root Cause). Let me use this practical example: Let’s assume someone gets his leg broken, definitely he would feel some pains. To reduce the pains, he takes some pain reliever and he feels better. But does that mean his leg is not broken? Does that mean he won’t feel pains again? Of course not! He will definitely feel pains again.
That is exactly what all the solutions you have been using do. They are meant to manage the problem and never to treat them for as long as your money can last. That is why you keep buying them regularly, and the moment you stop buying them, you start feeling the pains again (that’s if it’s not worse than it used to be).
People and health professionals say lots of stuff like it is hereditary, it is as a result of diet, it is a result of some other disease and what not! But out of these confusing information, they still prescribe heavy dosages for you monthly, and you buy them without thinking twice because “health is wealth”.
How I Treated Arthritis
Prior to 2013 when I found the treatment that saved me from this life-threatening disease, I used lots of prescribed solutions thinking they would help me, but instead they complicated things.
After series of trials and errors, I joined a forum for people suffering from arthritis. A few weeks into joining, someone sent a message regarding a natural treatment. I was reluctant at first, but then others started sharing positive testimonies. After trying it, I felt active again within 9 days. By the 16th day, I could bend, move, and do things I normally couldn’t do.
